The e-RIN registration process depends on whether or not you have already established a DHS user ID.
If you have been given access to systems such as FTP, RLN or SISOnline then you have already established
a DHS ID and simply need to request for access to e-RIN. Otherwise, you need to submit a form with your
hand-written signature requesting for an ID and route it through the approval process. Click the corresponding
